I have never been a fan of N4 Pharma (N4P), another sub scale POS on the AIM Sewer. Its Nomad is SP Angel which is always a red flag and a sign to get out. The broking team are the scholars and gentlemen at Turner Pope and I wonder if they are working on a placing right now. They should be. The maths is not hard.

Just how bad is the cash position at Powerhouse Energy (PHE)? You have to ask the question today on news that it has pulled out of its planned jv with Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) at Longford in Eire. Powerhouse says that it hopes to revisit the scheme, Hydrogen makes it clear that it does not see that happening. Powerhouse says that it has to prioritise its numerus opportunities. That is bollocks.

The ex ShareSoc supremo, succeeding he who shall not be named, was, you may remember, a big fan of this stock at c5p insisting that it was not going to have to issue shares again on the basis of a research report by the esteemed house of Goldman Sachs, ooops I meant Turner Pope. Well quelle fecking surprise….

Shares in MGC Pharmceuticals (MXC) were 2.25p valuing the crock at £70 million when I published my first explosive dossier HERE just 20 months ago. Of course folks like broker Turner Pope, evil PR Spinners IFC Advisory (not having a good day are we chaps?) and the bulletin board morons knew better than silly old TW. I’ve kept on exposing this all the way down and today the shares are down by almost 50% on the session at just 0.055p after more disastrous news.

This seems pretty simple. Today, Powerhouse Energy (PHE) announced interims which were naturally utterly piss poor but covered in vast amounts of jam tomorrow. Its acting CEO Keith Riley also walked with immediate effect for “personal reasons.” Yet on 22 August through the offices of esteemed bucket shop broker Turner Pope, the company did a £1 million placing at 0.5p. hang on Henry… I have written to AIM Regulation

If I had any sympathy for the Mitchell Brothers, the chaps running Turner Pope, it was on the basis that it was on the basis that they had learned from their past errors and were, enjoying a Damascene Conversion. Today came evidence that the Mitchells have learned nothing and they thus deserve the financial ruin heading their way.

London’s worst Nomad, Beaumont Cornish acts for dreadful small cap stocks that nobody would miss if they went bust. The frauds it has given a clean pass to are manifest, Johnny Hon’s Global Group to New World Oil & Gas, Daniel Stewart the list goes on and on. Its report for calendar 2022 is out and the word that screams out at you is GREED. This is more shocking than the penury of Turner Pope exposed here.

You will find the results, just out, below. I discuss and analyse. I also look at VSA Capital (VSA), Tern (TERN), Versarien (VRS) and Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL). And yes, I have recorded an interview with Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) today.

Earlier I suggested that today’s news means that Deepverge (DVRG) is a slam dunk zero and by the time the last rites are read, it is clear that those owed money will not get it all back. And that brings me to fellow AIM POS Microsaic (MSYS) , run by Gerry “the pustule” Brandon, the man who made Deepverge the company it is today. Nigel Burton who is now CEO of Deepverge also sits on the Microsaic board and the two company’s also share a broker: Turner Pope.

Zephyr (ZPHR), as I have noted many times, is the sort of stockmarket heroin addict which just needs fix after fix of new cash inflows. If it can’t get a placing away it does a “bridging loan”. Then it runs out of cash again and needs another placing. In November it boasted “while the current drilling programme remains amply funded through c.US$18.5 million of liquidity available as of 10 Nov 2022, projected medium term cash flows still appear sufficient to support exploitation of its existing inventory.” Now all the money’s gone and its placing time. Again.

I start with a TV recommendation, Murder in Steeltown, it is superb. Then it is Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks where, with gift aid and a kind – as yet unbooked – pledge, we are now 25% of the way to target at £12,500. If you are among the 91% of listeners yet to donate please do so HERE. Then it is onto the Universal Basic Income pilot. Gosh the Tories are idiots. Then it is Versarien (VRS), Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Chill Brands (CHLL), ASOS (ASC), Deepverge (DVRG), Microsaic (MSYS) and the moral bankruptcy of Turner Pope.

Just 7 months ago Deepverge (DVRG) was celebrating the raising of £10.8 million by the esteemed firm of Turner Pope. Today there is a warning of redundancies amid an intensifying cash crisis and that the shares could be suspended in just 26 days for not getting its calendar 2022 results out on time. Oh dear, oh dear: anyone got a number for the Fat Lady?

I start with a lesson on the scale and nature of a civil war for parody poster Magna Carta, ref Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI). Then a chat with Lucian on whether to short gold and the second banking crisis he predicts. Thirdly I discuss a big share trade in Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV) last week. I have spoken to the company and would bet the ranch, for reasons I explain, that it WAS insider dealing. I do know who the seller was. Finally, Microsaic (MSYS): will Turner Pope and Singer be found morally wanting? So far it is a YES!

The word on the Street is that the scholars and gentlemen at broker Turner Pope actually did act like scholars (researching my numerous exposes on this website) and gentlemen and so refused to raise any more cash for worthless POS MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC). But some folks would raise cash for the Wiping Saddam Hussein’s arse company. Step forward Peterhouse Capital.

In today’s podcast I start on Zephyr Energy (ZPHR), then move onto Caracal Gold (GCAT). I cover: Iconic (ICON), African Pioneer (AFP) and wretched Colin Bird, Probiotix (PBX), Optibiotix (OPTI) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). Then it is Norman Broadbent (NBB), the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and Versarien (VRS).

Oh dear, oh dear, shares in Deepverge (DVRG) run by Gerry “the journalist trolling arse” Brandon have collapsed again today and are now just 2.25p bid, 2.375p mid. And to think that – as I exposed HERE – the company started its current bailout fund raise with Turner Pope trying to raise £9 million at 5p. Ooops. The arse assured us that the response from a roadshow had been positive but the share price today (off another 17%) suggests either frantic forward selling or that the placing is flopping altogether.

I explain what the other is and why I deserve a glass of the nectar of the God’s later. It is all to do with Deepverge (DVRG) and the vindication of yesterday’s scoop. I also explain for BB Moron Stuart Little why breaking the news of the placing was not only not illegal but was a real public service by me and also why I shall be writing to the FCA later asking for it to investigate placings by Turner Pope and Turner Pope’s clients. Ben and James, a.k.a. the Mitchell Brothers, that letter is not “market speculation” it is fact you dimwitted bellends. Then it is onto Argo Blockchain (ARB), Vast Resources (VAST) and to Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT).

The roadshow started yesterday says a reliable City source. Having raised £10 million last June at 30p c/o the scholars and gentlemen at Turner Pope and blown all of that plus a £4 million Riverfort loan already, Deepverge (DVRG) cannot make the first £500,000 loan repayment to Riverfort due on Sunday as I discussed earlier.

Following the publication of my red flag dossier earlier this year, anyone owning shares in MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) was fully warned of the need to lube up. I hope they did. The shares were 2.25p back on 11 January when I warned you that this was a £70 million dog from the scholars and gentleman at Turner Pope. They are now just 0.825p but after another red flag admission today they are still a monstrous sell.

The last quarterly report from MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) showed that, as of 31 March, it had cash of just A$ 4.004 million – having spunked just over A$ 3.9 million in that quarter. You can do the maths…

As I write, four of the top 12 fallers are stocks that I have exposed as total wronguns and one of the four even coughed up that I had gpt a scoop on Friday. In today’s podcast, which should please Matthew and his dog, I cover: Omega Diagnostics (ODX) and its porkies, MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC), a Turner Pope dog still valued at £40 million even now but not worth a fraction of that, Guild ESports (GILD) & the greed of David Beckham, Vast Resources (VAST) and the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL ) which could be going down the plughole for good within a couple of weeks. I forgot to discuss the latest news from Zak Mir and Lift Ventures. That will have to wait for another day.

Pot play MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) joined the Standard List on 9 February 2021 and has already issued more RNS releases than most companies do in a lifetime. But that is not the only red flag relating to this dual listed ASX entity now being touted by certain chatroom trolls as the next big thing. MGC is drowning in red flags and its valuation is absurd.

I start with the manic activity round at the Welsh Hovel, photos HERE. Then I look at Iconic (ICON), Toople (TOOP), Xaar (XAR) and at Powerhouse Energy (PHE). So much coke and hookers money for all the City boys, but it will end in tears and a diet of cabbage soup for the mug punters.

How do you know when sleazy former Tory MP Tim Yeo is lying? Simple: his lips move. Let me give you an example as, the firm he chairs, Powerhouse Energy (PHE) today raised £10 million at 5.5p, a 35% discount, thanks to bucket shop broker Turner Pope. Whilst it is coke and hookers all round as Turner Pope considers its £500,000 commission, I want you to consider this statement from 9 September 2020:

Much ramped DeepVerge (DVRG) has very kindly put the presentation it gave on December 1 to lucky clients of its corporate broker, the esteemed house of Turner Pope, on its website. Have you read it? I have rarely seen a more compelling sell case in my life. No wonder the shares are tanking. Off another 10% today to 23.5p I am slashing my target price from 10p to 5p.

I see that, on twitter, the usual assortment of lunatics are frothing about DeepVerge (DVRG) another utterly overvalued piece of junk from the AIM Cesspit. Naturally there is a Covid angle and appropriately enough it is a lavatorial one. It is not just Bulletin Board morons pushing this rubbish but esteemed broker Turner Pope has also stuck its nose into the sewerage system (literally) with a gushing note out today.

Powerhouse Energy (PHE), the AIM listed green energy ramp run by loathsome ex Tory Minister Tim Yeo of sleaze infamy, has today announced a deal to license its technology in Poland and its shares are racing ahead. But this announcement is a spoof. Do advisers WH Ireland, Turner Pope and Ikon Associates have no shame at all?

Shares in Tomco (TOM) have continued to race ahead even thought it is teetering on the brink of bankruptcy as those who broke insider dealing laws by forward selling last week’s placing, which had to be scrapped after it emerged the company had lied to investors, scuttled to buy back. That offers an opportunity and so I can reveal…

If only to protect themselves folks at Turner Pope and Shard Capital need to take urgent action. There is clear insider dealing and crime evident at Tomco (TOM) as more than 100% of the issued share capital looks set to change hands today. At Iconic (ICON) I detail lie, after lie after pointless fecking lie relating to an RNS of 12 September 2019 – will my pal Damon Heath do the decent thing and pull the plug?

I see that Barry “The Tit” Gibb at broker Turner Pope has produced a gushing note on Avacta (AVCT ) today. Maybe that will help a few more Turner Pope clients to flip the stock they got in the recent 120p placing. Or maybe The Tit just wants a distraction from wittering an about Tomco (TOM), shares in which remain suspended although it has, today, been forced to admit that its RNS that accompanied a Turner Pope placing yesterday, contained a massive porky. Back to Avacta, when your cheerleader in chief is “The Tit” you know it is right to be bearish.

I start with a few words on the hard working, courageous and heroic teachers. Then it is Barry the Tit from Turner Pope who cannot read and insults the professionalism of Gary Newman but raises a wider point about how AIM and brokerages operate. Barry is a tit but I regard his employer as Best of Breed although if I had my way the breed would not exist if the Casino was run according to new rules I suggest. Finally a look at the idea from Eric “snotgobbler” Platt of the Financial Times that the greatest living investor, Mr Warren Buffett, might be past his sell by date. Hat tip on the last point to Jim Mellon.

Thanks to the Winnileaks service I have in my possession the presentation Reabold Resources (RBD) is serving up as it endeavours to raise up to £30 million. I gather it is tough going. The deal will come as a shock to joint brokers Turner Pope and Whitman Howard as it is Stifel Europe that is acting as broker. The presentation says the deal will be announced October 8. Ho Ho.

I am shortly off to stay with my mother in law in the Grim North for a couple of days. Joy to the world! I am made angry by Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and Turner Pope and comment on that. I look also at Totally (TLY), Range Resources (RRL), AO World (AO.), Pantheon Resources (PANR), Plant Health Care (PHC), BCA Marketplace (BCA) and ASOS (ASC).

I know. I know. The price of coke and also of hookers is going up. I blame Brexit. What we need are frictionless borders so we can import more of both from Albania to keep the City boys happy. Pro tem that means brokers need to hold their noses (so to speak) and act for anyone. Even proven shysters like Tomco (TOM).

A reliable City source tells me that Reabold (RBD) spent much of yesterday attempting to get a £10 million fund raising away. If this is the case it is going to have to be at a steep discount and the shares are trading down 9% at 0.75p-0.85p indicating something is afoot. I have contacted house broker Turner Pope giving it the chance to deny and…

I was originally meant to present this at an evening organised by brokers Turner Pope. But the compliance officer kicked off in an episode which fills me with despair so Turner Pope said put the video up on ShareProphets and we will give your speaker fee to Woodlarks anyway as it is a good cause. Good chaps. Seriously, TP get to do some good placings, notably of late Sosandar (SOS) where it was almost impossible to get stock anywhere else, So you should have an account with them just in case - you can call them on 0203 621 4121 to get the forms. Now to the video...enjoy.

I gather that there are still about a dozen seats going for tomorrow evening's presentation evening hosted by Turner Pope. Natch the main attraction is the free food and drink on ffer in Mayfair. But, more seriously, there are three companies presenting and taking questions.

Turner Pope is a new stockbroking firm set up by my pals "The Mitchell Brothers". If you are bored and free TONIGHT there is free booze and drink on offer and a chance to hear Jerry Randell of Venture Life ( solid business IMHO) and Giles Clarke of Kennedy Ventures who apparently thinks I don't like him. He's wrong of course, I don't know him from Adam but he seems to have a few fans.
